Damage & Loss Liability:
Marshall Logistics is not responsible for any damages incurred during customs inspection, as these processes are beyond our direct control.
Claims for missing items or damages will not be accepted if reported more than 7 calendar days after the date of delivery.
No claims for damages or refunds will be accepted after 7 calendar days post-delivery or once goods/shipments have been received
Recommendation: Clients are strongly advised to secure comprehensive cargo insurance for their shipments to protect against unforeseen damages or loss during transit, handling, or inspection processes. Marshall Logistics can assist in arranging suitable insurance upon request.
Service Scope (Door-to-Door Services):
The exact scope of “Door-to-Door” services will be defined and agreed upon in the individual service agreement or quotation provided to the customer. This may vary based on specific destination requirements, customs regulations
Storage Charges:
Shipments or cargo stored in Marshall Logistics’ facilities are granted a grace period of 15 calendar days of free storage from the date of arrival or agreed storage commencement.
Storage charges will automatically commence on the 16th day following the free storage period, calculated daily at the prevailing rates.
Client Responsibility & Acknowledgment:

Customs/Border Handling: Almost universally, companies disclaim responsibility for damages or delays caused by customs inspections
